With our cute aprons as armor, we decided to attack the last three boxes that we had of these monsters:
We should have 60 quarts or so of peaches by the end of the day.

I am doing a bit better, although this cold is hanging on like I haven't had one in years. And of course, it is cold here now. High of 63* yesterday. Blech... so that doesn't help.
ReplyDeleteWe got all but one box done yesterday. We have 40 quarts of peaches now. :) We should have about 12 more coming in the box that we haven't done yet... that should work out perfectly for this year. :)
