A few months ago I started chatting with a woman from Homestead Gardens. She writes for their magazine and wanted to include one of my projects in their Winter addition. Yesterday, I got a package in my mailbox with a magazine that included my Yule Log project! How cool is this?
The magazine also included a whole article on preserving a bounty of herbs from your garden, how to plant bulbs for beautiful early Spring flowers, and an article about how to spice up your dishes using in-season citrus fruit! I couldn't think of a better spot to put in one of my projects than in the midst of inspiration like this.
