I have been using pasture fed eggs (when I can't get them from my own hens) for four years now and I can't say I'll ever go back to industry eggs. They disgust me. It's true, hens are very forgiving creatures but does that mean we take advantage of their forgiving nature to the extreme that we don't allow them to see daylight? It is amazing what some big companies will do for a buck.
