Menu Monday


Just the menu this week folks. Didn't work yesterday. Didn't think veggies with a side of 'chick coughing up a lung' sounded appealing. ;) Did go to a local shop for the few things I did need. I got swiss chard, spinach, romaine, and green leaf lettuce. All local, all organic, all $1 each! So the season hasn't stopped without me...

Oh how I strive to be able to put together a menu like that. I took your advice at today at the farm stand picked up a couple of Delciata squash to try. Thanks for the suggestion.

Honestly, half the time I get the menu done 'on time' is to post it. lol! I have a few menu tips that I use as well... I'll write more when I check up on your blog today Holly. :)
