Fresh from the garden

Quite offically the best salad ever. Fresh tomatos, basil and other herbs out of the garden, 21 Spice Salute from Trader Joes, fresh marinated motzerella balls, and a drizzle of rosemary infused olive oil. I had this for dinner last night with some crusty bread and goat cheese. It was good. ;)

Oh my heck, Val. My mouth is watering so bad! We're having Cheerios for supper. LMAO.

HAHA! Today I added the leftovers to garden rotini pasta and we had it for dinner again! SCORE! Don and Cyan pick out the tomatos, but you can't win all the time. I also added some flat leaf parsley to the mix when it was done, and a bit more pepper. I had it on salad a few days ago and it was great there too... I feel like I won the lottery. It is SO diverse!

FYI the motz are from costco. They are a little spicy in their own juices hence why I added olive oil instead of using the cheese marinade. But it is really good... really really good.
