Hey Val, I have several large zucchini that I had no idea what to do with! Thanks so much for the idea and the recipe. My son is so excited to try it! But I can't seem to find invisible kool aid. Where do you get it? Tricia

Most of them should be posted on a menu monday. I try to post whenever I switch. :) I like finding new ones though as it helps my kids realise a new one is up. They have gotten really good at making sure to use what is on the menu. It has been great!
GardenTyme: I dehydrated all the raspberries that escaped the toddler. I have about a quart for muffins later this winter. :)
